The EPA is proposing cumulative risk assessments under TSCA for the first time. The Science Action Network for Health and the Environment has prepared comments on the drafts; sign on here by April 27 (today!). EPA will hold a virtual meeting for the Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals (SACC) to review these drafts on May 8-11.

Advanced notice of proposed rulemaking on potential future designations of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) as CERCLA hazardous substances
